Grants for relization of investment in modernization of the boiler rooms(Poland)

The subsidies are granted in the Warsaw area for public sector units, individuals, dwelling communities and entrepreneurs for investments in boiler modernization:
a. Liquidation of boilers or solid fuel boilers and replacing them with a new heat source fueled with gas fuel
b. Liquidation of heat source and creating the individual thermal node with simultaneous facility connection to the district heating network.
Grants are provided only for new systems and equipment and their amounts are set on 75% of the actual cost of the investment.

“Reducing Costs plus” in Tatabánya(Hungary)

In “Reducing Costs plus” program HUF 661 million (EUR 2,2 milion) was spent on building energy modernization, the non-repayable grants provided by the local government was HUF 321 million (EUR 1 million) since 2010. With the heating modernization program 30 % of savings can be achieved, but supplemented by the insulation program the savings can reach 50 %.
In the case of heating modernization 75 % of the investment, in the case of insulation 25% is provided by the municipality as non-repayable grant, and you can apply for interest-free loan as well.

4RinEU(EU)

The project 4RinEU aims to provide new tools and strategies to encourage large scale renovation of existing buildings, fostering the use of renewable energies, and providing reliable business models to support their applications.

4RinEU will define robust, cost-effective, tailorable deep renovation technology packages supported by usable methodologies, feeding into reliable business models. The project will minimise failures in design and implementation, manage different stages of the deep renovation process, from the preliminary audit up to the end-of-life, and provide information on energy, comfort, users’ impact, and investment performance.
