Main Barriers to Be Addressed
Awareness of the value of deep renovation is fundamental for the market. Even though there is a lot going on in order to raise the awareness, many of the times the knowledge is not shared on a large scale. BUILD UPON has already taken care of this issue – Renowiki is a tool that allows initiatives to be shared and furthermore – replicated where relevant. Awareness is a cross cutting element on all action taken under the implementation of Latvian National Renovation Strategy.
